We left the Hotel in Paris this morning. It was a little warmer but still 9 degrees Celsius. We then took a 4 hour train ride on TGV. The ride was smooth and provided interesting scenery. You could feel the excitement level among the students build as farm land turned into stucco buildings an palm trees. It was fun to watch the students nervously practice their French and ask questions as we got closer. The French students and their parents were at the train station in Hyeres
To greet us. Within a few minutes we were all off on our separate ways to reunite at school in the morning! I saw a thermostat in the sun here that said 23 Celsius, that's a little more like it here in the Mediterranean Sea! More to come tomorrow!

Some type of tree we do not see in Maine!
